We'll be staying at the fabulous Villa on Dunbar Rock just off of the island of Guanaja, Honduras. 

By popular demand, we're going back to the Rock! The Villa on Dunbar Rock is one of the Caribbean’s most unique All-Inclusive dive resorts. The four-time winner of a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is indeed one of a kind. 

The famous pirate, Blackbeard, once used this beautiful historical landmark as a mooring site. Local legend has it that there is buried treasure on the island. 

The PADI 5 Star Dive Center operates two custom dive boats: the 45’ Freedom and 40’ Endeavor each have the capacity for up to 20 divers. The boats have wide platforms for giant stride entries and sturdy ladders for exiting the water. They are provisioned with drinking water, fruit for snacking, freshwater showers, towels, camera rinse tanks, dry storage, shaded areas, and all required safety equipment.

Boat rides vary from 20 – 30 minutes for dives along the south to up to 45 minutes for dives along the northern coast. Boats generally depart at 8:30 am for the morning 2-tank dive, returning for lunch with the afternoon boat leaving a reasonable time after lunch has concluded.

We'll enjoy five days of diving unspoiled dive sites around the island of Guanaja, Honduras with three dives daily, two dives on Friday, and unlimited tanks for shallow water shore diving around the Villa. One night dive is scheduled. Over 50 dive sites are marked and maintained by the staff and they even have some 'secret' dive sites that are only used by guests of The Villa on Dunbar Rock!

For us on the past trip, the food was fabulous! You'll have the opportunity to choose from a personal menu for every meal. Sumptuous, gourmet meals, and exceptional service await. Inspired drinks get created daily thanks to our talented bartenders. 

This trip includes: 

• Seven nights in an oceanfront room (6 Double Queens and 3 Kings are available)
• All Marine Park Fees
• Managers welcome party
• Three gourmet meals daily plus happy hour snacks
• Open bar (Standard Drinks Package) which includes local beer, house wine, well liquor of vodka, rum, tequila and whiskey, Happy Hour “Drink of the Day,” juice, and soft drinks

* 19% Honduran Government taxes not included. Total cost is $3,049.00 including taxes and transfers.

• Transfers and Ferry fees from Roatan airport to Guanaja and The Villa.

• Air travel is not included (As of Sept 21, 2023 flights were $1,100)
• 50% fees are due by March 28, 2024
• 100% fees are due by May 10, 2024

$250 deposit per-person required (non-refundable). Refund of deposit possible if the spot is taken by someone else prior to May 10, 2024.

• 15% Government Tax and 4% Tourist Tax is not included
• Nitrox for the week can be added for $150
